Terms and Conditions

General

There may be slight differences between our products and the images, especially colour. You can request fabric swatches or order samples to see actual colours and products.

Delivery and Carriage

Delivery is made to your premises.

Delivery charges are payable in addition to the quoted price and are quoted for UK mainland only.

You must notify us in writing of non-delivery or damage to goods within 8 days of the date of the invoice for them.

Returns

In addition to your cancellation rights below, you may return stock garments in their original condition within 60 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of the goods but not the cost of carriage to you. This does not apply to personalised garments, non-stock items or garments made to order, which are non-returnable. The cost of returning items remains your responsibility except in cases where goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

When returning items, please provide the original paperwork, packaging and the reason for return.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel any order at any time up to the eighth working day after they have received the goods and receive a full refund of all monies paid to us. We must be informed in writing within that period and any goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

Cancellation does not apply to any goods that have been made to order or personalised.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made via most credit & debit cards and goods despatched once details have been verified.

Account customers: First orders are paid by credit card or pro-forma invoice. Invoices despatched for subsequent orders, must be settled within 14 days. Ownership of goods remains with Meltemi until payment is made. Meltemi reserves the right to refuse supply or to set up an account.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price, at our discretion, and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

VAT

Prices are quoted ex VAT, which will be added at the current rate.

Copyright and Trade Marks

Trademarks, brand names, images and products used in this site are protected by copyright belonging to Meltemi Company Clothing Ltd. The Trade Mark 'Meltemi' is registered to Meltemi Company Clothing Ltd.

Force Majeure

If we are unable to perform due to circumstances beyond our control we may suspend performance while those circumstances exist, and any agreed date or period for delivery is to be regarded as extended accordingly.

UK only

Delivery can only be made in the United Kingdom. Our terms & conditions are governed by English Law.
