To order from the online brochure: - Use the categories at the side to select range you wish to view

- Click the picture to view the range of colour options and details
- Using the right hand panel, select a fabric, colour, the size/fit and quantity. To see the fabric in more detail, click the garment for a larger image and a fabric swatch.
- To proceed, click 'Add to Shopping Basket'
- Your order details will be displayed. To add embroidery or tags, please read 'Care & Sizing'.
- You can change the quantity ordered in Shopping Basket or go back to reselect. Once complete, recalculate your order.
- Proceed to input your delivery instructions and then payment details.
- All credit card details are held in encrypted format for security.

Services for Large Organisations We offer a range of services aimed at organisations with a large number of staff to uniform and would be pleased to discuss these options with you. You can contact us by email: sales@meltemi.co.uk or telephone us on 01603 731330 Person-Packing: We can pack uniforms by individual wearer. These are packed into a clear bag with the name of the wearer on the outside. In addition, we can pack person-packs by department or location so that the time to sort uniforms on delivery is kept to a minimum. Sizing Staff: Our professional sizing team can attend your location and size all wearers using a sizing set of the garments that you have chosen. Each of your staff tries on the garments and is advised on achieving the best fit - once happy, the details of size are documented by wearer. Wearers who do not fit a standard size of garment can be measured individually so that special size garments can be manufactured. Issue of Uniforms: Our team can return to your location to issue uniforms to staff and resolve any queries that arise. This means that your management time is minimized and the hassle-factor is low. Dedicated Documentation: We can design and provide dedicated order forms and literature, which ensures that only the chosen garments are ordered and that the required corporate message is passed on to staff. Management Information: Details and analysis of purchases can be provided to your specification. This can relate to style, size or value and can minimize the amount of work required to keep tabs on purchases. Advice on Best Practice: As we work with a large range of organisations, we can often offer advice on best practice in the provision of uniforms. Clothing a large number of staff is a daunting prospect for many organisations but we can usually find the most successful and effective route to achieve your aims by discussion and research. Terms and Conditions Returns: Whatever the reason, we offer 60 days to return garments in their original condition for an exchange or refund. We regret refunds cannot be made on personalised items ie. tagged, embroidered clothing, non-stock items or made to order garments outside our size range. Delivery: Providing stock availability, orders received by 2pm are despatched within three working days. Detailed delivery charges are quoted separately with each order. Cancellation: Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation of personalised orders ie. tagged or embroidered product, non-stock lines or special orders cannot be accepted. Payment Terms: Payment can be made via most credit & debit cards and goods despatched once details have been verified. Account customers: First orders are paid by credit card or pro-forma invoice. Invoices despatched for subsequent orders, must be settled within 14 days. Ownership of goods remains with Meltemi until payment is made. Meltemi reserves the right to refuse supply or to set up an account. Liability: We reserve the right to update products or services. Meltemi's total liability for any claim does not exceed the price of the goods supplied to you.
