We offer a number of packing options tailored to suit your organisation and aid distribution to wearers.
Garments packed into boxes and delivered using a national carrier service for next day delivery. All deliveries can be tracked via the Internet.
Individually packed garments by wearer, labelled by pack and by box. Each consignment comes with a pack list for easy location of individual packs. There is a charge for this service.
Garments packed by type, ideal for large bulk orders.
Delivery is quoted to the UK mainland only. Providing stock availability, for orders received by 2pm we aim to despatch same day, with one additional day for garments requiring embroidery, tags or alterations. Detailed delivery charges are quoted separately with each order.
Some small orders may be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery but for the majority of orders we use a national carrier. This is an overnight weekday service with Internet tracking. Should your order not arrive, please phone our team on 01603 731330 and we would be delighted to trace it for you.
In addition to your cancellation rights, you may return stock garments in their original condition within 60 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of the goods but not the cost of carriage to you. This does not apply to personalised garments, non-stock items or garments made to order, which are non-returnable. The cost of returning items remains your responsibility except in cases where goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
